            The WOW Hall Annual Membership Meeting will be held on Sunday, October 25, beginning at 6:00 pm on Zoom.  Admission begins at 5:00.  For log-in information please go to

            CCPA members meet annually to approve a policy statement, a budget for the upcoming year and to elect members to the WOW Hall Board of Directors.   The meeting began on August 9.  Members approved a policy statement and budget for the current fiscal year.  The meeting ran long and the membership voted to adjourn and reconvene within 30 days.  It was rescheduled for Sept. 8 but postponed due to the fire emergency.

This year the membership can elect up to eight board members, five for two-year terms.  Due to resignations, members may elect three additional members to serve one year.

More members are needed to serve on the Board of Directors.  CCPA members who can devote time and skills to the organization are encouraged to run.  To qualify to serve on the board of directors, one must have been a CCPA member for at least 30 days prior to the election.

A person can become a member of the CCPA by paying membership dues ($15-40 sliding scale) or by donating ten hours of non-show volunteer time.

The WOW Hall is forming a collaboration committee comprised of board members, staff members and community members to come up with a proposal and recommendation for the board regarding voting platforms and facilitation for the upcoming election meeting. If you would like to join this committee you are most welcome and encouraged to attend. Our first committee meeting will be on Tuesday, October 6 at 6 PM on Zoom.  Check this website for log-in info.
