WELCOME TO THE WOW HALL WEBPAGE. WE MISS YOU AND HOPE TO REOPEN AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

The CCPA / W.O.W. Hall Annual Meeting will take place on Zoom this Sunday August 9th at 3 p.m. We will be using an online voting system.

In order to facilitate the voting, we are asking people who are going to participate in the meeting to send their membership name and their email address to vote@wowhall.org.

Please put your name and email address in the subject line to make it easier for us.

If you cannot or do not want to use email, there are alternate ways to vote – via Zoom, phone or text – but the email is fastest.

Most people will be receiving an email ballot through the email service, Constant Contact, so if you have that service blocked or marked as spam, please be aware you will need to check to your spam or other secondary folders (like Promotions in Gmail).

Your invitation email will contain personalized links to multiple ballots that will be used during the meeting.  These links will only work during the meeting, and each link will only work when you are instructed to use them. These voting links will only be usable for a limited period of time during the meeting, so you need to be present at the meeting to participate.

It’s not too late to run for the board.  Nominations are made and seconded at the Annual Membership Meeting, to be held Sunday, Aug. 9, beginning at 3:00 pm via Zoom..  Login instructions are in the event page below.  We have 11 announced candidates for 8 open positions:
