  1. Introductions and meeting called to order.
  2. The new Board selects a Board member to facilitate the officer election.
  3. Elect officers of the Board in the following order: Chair, Vice Chair, Secretary, Treasurer. The Chair will then preside over the meeting. The secretary will begin taking minutes.
  4. Approve the previous meeting’s minutes.
  5. Public/member input [20 minutes with 2-minute speaking limits].
  6. Interim return of management authority to the board.
