Vial... experiment, Minor Anomaly, Gemiinii Riisiing: Benefit for Willamette Leadership Academy

May 20, 2017 - 7:00pm

On Saturday, May 20, Vial...experiment headlines a Benefit For Willamette Leadership Academy with special guests Minor Anomaly and Gemiinii Riisiing.

Vial…experimentis a hard rock/metal band hailing from Eugene with a live show that brings both excitement and energy to any stage they play.  The band was formed in 2007 by Kevin Wayne “Kevlar” Richardson (vocals/guitar) and has had a few lineup changes along the way. Mike Nelson (guitar), F.A (bass) and Tim Benton (drums) round out the current lineup.

Vial…experiment is a powerhouse musical juggernaut with an imminent album release and tour dates coming soon.

Minor Anomaly is a northwest hard rock band formed from the ashes of a couple heavy weights. Drummer Zach Rowe hails from Oregon prog/metal band 30 Pound Test.  Bass player and vocalist Floyd Jr. Mccullough comes from local band Forrestal’s Fall (in which Zach was also the guitar player).  Guitarist Xion Zoa is a Texas transplant known locally as the guitar player and drummer from the Linden Wood Band, as well as the guitar player for Americana band Jake Payne and the Dixie Creek. Together they have created a magical musical relationship that can only be explained as a Minor Anomaly.

Gemiinii Riisiing is fronted by singer-pianist-guitarist Jessica Haeckel.  Jessica released the EP Insects in 2010 and the full length If in 2014.
