Instrument Petting Zoo #2

March 13, 2018 - 3:00pm

The 1st Instrument Petting Zoo in January was so much fun, we decided to do another!

Eugene's Instrument Library and The WOW Hall present an Instrument Petting Zoo on Tuesday, March 13th.

COST: FREE (donations welcomed!)

WHEN: Tuesday, March 13th - 3-6pm

WHERE: The WOW Hall, 291 W 8th Ave, downtown Eugene

Are you interested in trying something new or reconnecting with music? Maybe your child wants to start lessons but you're not sure which instrument is the best fit.

This event is a chance for all members of the community to have an up-close look at a variety of musical instruments and a hands-on opportunity to actually touch, feel, and play under the supervision of local instructors and musicians. There will also be demos for attendees to see the various instruments in use!

Kids may become inspired to begin playing an instrument, or adults could find that the ability and desire to make sound is still present after time away from music!

** If you are a music teacher/tutor interested in knowing how you can be involved, too, this could be a great opportunity. Please email

Eugene's Instrument Library is a community effort for novice, experienced, and curious players of all ages to explore and learn sound.
