Citywide Talent Show for Seniors

On Friday, February 8, the Community Center for the Performing Arts will be hosting the 2nd Annual Citywide Talent Show for Seniors!

Hello! Here is the tentative schedule for the talent show:


1. members of the Old Time Fiddlers Association

2. Lyn and Jack "Abbot & Costello Buy a Computer" - comedy skit

3. David Rogers - original songs / fingerpicking style guitar

4. Betty "Songs We Love" - pianist

5. Maria Magdalena - songwriter

6. Karen "Second Hand Rose" - singer

7. Dagmaris - monologue from "Picnic"

8. Suzanne Ortiz - piano / singing

9. Ray Frye - song & dance routine

10. Karen Roach - singer

11. Don Royer - poetry

*Lineup is pretty full. If all the acts show up, we may not have space for late signups!

*$5 suggested donation for audience members

See you this Friday 2pm at the WOW Hall for the show!

The talent show is open to all local residents ages 55 and up interested in showcasing their talents to the community.  Last year’s performances included a piano/singer duet, storytelling, a comedy dance troupe, old time fiddlers, a cover of the David Bowie song "Space Oddity" and more.
